Refund policy

We understand that occasionally situations arise where returns or refunds are required. In the first instance please contact us using hello@meltsbymail.co.uk and we will do our very best to solve any issue swiftly.

Whilst every care is taken with packaging our products for transit, damages may still occur. Please provide photographic proof of the damage with a brief description within 5 days of receiving the delivery. Upon this, we will offer to replace or refund the unused product(s) Please note we sadly cannot refund or replace products that have been used.

Exchanges. You are very welcome to exchange your product for another of the same size and value within 30 days of original purchase.

You are responsible for all delivery costs on returned items.
